BCBA Supervision

Description:

Supervison is provided by experienced board certified behavior analysts in good standing with the BACB.  All supervisors work on-site and are committed to teaching candidates to provide quality ABA services under the coade of ethics.  We believe that supervision is most effective when provided in-person and involves a collaborative approach between the supervisor and the supervisee with meetings held regularly to promote communication and consistency.

Supervision involves a combination of hands-on work with clients and opportunities for observing and participating in behavior analytic activities such as creating and monitoring treatment goals, completing functional behavior assessments, and implementing behavior intervention plans.  Supervisees will be expected to go through our new staff training process and demonstrate therapy concepts with consistent performance of skills before accumulating supervised hours.  Supervisees who are new to the field will be provided coaching and continued mentorship to acquire these new skills as part of their supervision.

Qualifications:

Supervisee candidates must be actively enrolled in a Master's program following the BACB-verified course sequence or have completed a program.  We are happy to offer BCBA supervision for current employees pursuing certification.
